Quality policy

The activity that TCMAN considers to be in accordance with the required quality according to the International Standard ISO 9001 is:

  • Design and development of Maintenance Management Software.
  • Commercialisation of Maintenance Management Software.
  • Installation of Maintenance Management Software.
  • Maintenance of the developed software.

The Policy Statement sets out the main lines of action:

  1. To comply with legal requirements, and to satisfy the explicit and implicit demands, requirements and expectations of our customers, by assessing and applying these requirements.
  2. Disseminate the Quality objectives and criteria at all levels of our structure.
  3. To implement the Quality indicators, as well as to monitor the level of progress of the same, so that we can know and ensure the service and the level of quality desired by our client.
  4. To be environmentally friendly by minimising pollution and waste production to conserve resources.
  5. Ensuring that working conditions are optimal by assessing the risks that may occur in the processes, eliminating them as far as possible and reducing those assessed.
  6. To develop continuous training programmes aimed at improving the skills of our employees, thus involving all staff in the achievement of all the objectives set out in this document.
  7. Consolidate the process of continuous improvement in the performance of all activities carried out in TCMAN.
  8. Encourage and achieve a motivating environment for all members of the company.

TCMAN management makes this policy accessible and available to its customers, all employees, suppliers and the general public.

The Policy is kept up to date by means of periodic reviews, coinciding with management reviews of the system, in order to take into account changes in environmental conditions and information received. In this sense, the management provides and will provide all the human, technical and economic means necessary to achieve the objectives and goals that are established on a programmed and periodic basis.
